Chasing away Chubby

I know I am blonde, but does that mean I have to be dizzy too?

I got the kids off to school and was on the road for my walk at 8:00 AM.  I walked for 40 minutes and then came inside and did 30 mins TBL strength training and then was doing 10 mins of Abs on the ball and 10 mins stretching.  I stopped half way through the abs workout.  Lately when I lay flat on my back I get dizzy…alot dizzy.  It usually takes several mins for me to feel okay again after I get up.  I don’t know what could be causing this.  Anyone have any ideas?  I checked my BP and it was good.  I don’t want to go to the doctor about this but I will if I have too.  I don’t have insurance since I quit my job to finish my degree so even though I can afford the appointment- I can not afford any tests they may order.  So I guess i will take some allergy meds for a few days and see it that helps.

So now for the good stuff…

Calories yesterday were 1419.  smile Fat was 31% of that with sat. fat being 8%.  Carbs were at 48% and protein was 21%.  They only frowny face I got on myfooddiary.com was that my sodium was too high.  Other than that it was good.  It told me that if everyday was like yesterday I could be at my goal weight by March 16, 2009.  Wow!  That is cool!  It definitely makes me to want to hang in there and really work at it.  So I have to go back later and finish up what remains of my workout.  That is okay.  When I am done I will have in 1hour and 30 minutes!  smile

I’m skipping class today- because I still have not recovered from my dizzy spell and don’t feel like driving. I’s only the second day of class and I am skipping already!  :o

  1. You should go to the doctor. My sister had something like this happen and it turned out to be when she was in certain positions she cut off her own circualtion. Better to be safe than sorry.

  3. No idea on the dizziness. Where do you log your food? Sounds like you are really doing good on your program.

  4. Honey - you got to go to the doctor. At least get some idea of what you’re dealing with….you’ve got to do it for those kids ok?!
