Tuesday pit stop

Food yesterday was decent. Didn’t run yesterday, but did walk for an hour. I got my heart rate up too! Today is work, then DS4 has a doctor’s appointment, then maybe get my oil changed, and then home to finish what I didn’t get done yesterday, which is practically everything! I still have flowers to put out, a fish pond to refill, tomatoes that need to be put out. I will be working all night.

I finally had a bowel movement yesterday! YEAH! Everyone suggests fiber, fiber, fiber, but I am doing really well with my fiber. It actually seems like the more I eat the worse it gets…weird?

good job on exercising - and walking can be “real” exercise too, you don’t need to always run to work out!

I use Fiber-sure; a tsp. 2x’s a day in my hot tea. Might drink more water too.
