Chasing away Chubby

Trying to get back on that horse!

I planned it last night without much real thought. I decided to follow a diet plan I had found in my “Flush away the fat” pills. (More about those later.) So this morning I stopped at Wal-Mart and purchased a 6 pack of Evian water, a cobb salad, some eggbeaters, and a pack of already cooked bacon. So breakfast was 4 pieces of the bacon (less than 70 cals) and 1/2 cup of eggbeaters (60 cals), of which I didn’t finish them all. So now I am completely happy with my chewing gum and sipping my evian.
Tonight I plan on running. I haven’t ran for awhile, so this should be interesting. If I can’t run for an hour (And let’s be realistic..I doubt I can) I will walk the rest of the time so I can get in an hour of movement. I am going to leave work on time so that I can do that, refill my fish pond (with no rain it evaporates VERY quickly), and maybe fix some of my flower pots.
WARNING! Bodily function talk following!!!
I don’t know why but for the last 2 weeks I have been horribly constipated. I have had to take “colon cleanse” pills just to go. So I found the “Flush away the fat” pills and decided to try those since they are pretty much the same thing. THe diet I am following was enclosed with this bottle. I have to find something to get myself back up on the horse.
I am 2 weeks out from my “quit” date. :) I am saddened that I am leaving this place, this classroom that I have inhabited for the past 9-1/2 years. But I know that good things are ahead and that I can not quit now. I have to finish this degree.
Wasn’t it so sad about the horse Eight Belles on Saturday in the
Derby. I was pulling for her the entire race and then to have that happen was just heartbreaking for me- and the rest of the world apparently. So sad. It was not a good sports day Saturday. I watched the NASCAR race later that night and was MAD that Dale Jr was 3 laps away from winning only to wrecked ny that non-driving, careless, moron Kyle Bush. (Sorry if any of you are Bush fans.) Not a good night for sports at all…

Watched the Derby too; it was a heartbreaker, for sure. I knew what they were doing as soon as the second equine ambulance appeared.

Terrible about that horse
I’m sorry you’ve been constipated. Maybe you could throw some more fiber in there? I know you said you had eggs and bacon for breakfast, maybe a bran muffin instead? Unless that’s not part of that diet. Any matter, I hope it gets better.
Good luck with the running. I haven’t run an hour in forever. I would love to do it again, but at least we’re out there doing something
