Speaking of weight loss…today is another “Go day” for me. I have been maintaining my weight, not losing, and not gaining for about a month now. I have been getting the food right most of the time, but not the exercise. It is time to bring those 2 together. I figured that if I really work hard, follow the food plan and work out 5 times a week for about an hour a day, I can lose 2 pounds a week and reach my goal by October 17th. It is something to shoot for. I can be 171 by mid-August. Isn’t that cool?
So today was no eating until after my appointment, a health assessment for work.
I have a plan…I have my calorie king book. The time has come to pull it all together!
Goals for the month…
Workout 5 days for 60 minutes
Run 3 times for at least 30 minutes
Stay on plan
Weigh in daily
