Terrential Rain Tuesday!

 The snowstorm they were hyping all last week was terrential, flooding, rainfall.  YAy.  (Sarcasm.)

I also recieved good news yesterday.  My grade report came on Saturday and I did not check my mail box until yesterday. The class that I was afraid I would have to repeat I got a C in!!!  YAY!  SO I will get to graduate on time! 

Last night was rough.  I felt so bad and tired as my fibromyalgia was kicking.  I went to bed at 7:30.  I came home, put the kids in their jammies, popped in a video, turned out all the lights, lit a few candles (high up outta their reach) so the kids could see, took a nyquil and went to sleep.  I had to get up a few times to get the kids things, to blow out the candles, turn off the TV’s, and let the cat with the annoyingly loud meow out, but slept really good.  I woke up at 2:00 for a potty break and man! Was it really raining. I slept like a baby the rest of the night.

We are under a flood warning now…that is for the river. The flash flood (small stream) warnign has expired.  I just hope it doesn’t get too bad.  The morning drive was interesting with all the creeks out of their beds.  I know you shouldn’t like destruction, but I love watching that shit.  Raging water is awesome.  I could watch it all day.  I think that is the pisces in me.  That said floods are not cool.  In 1997 we had a tremendous flood that destroyed half the town.  BF and his family lost everything.  When you hear flood you think about everything being wet, but you don’t realize that most everything is covered in this slimy, slick mud.  It is awful to see ones possesions covered in that.  I was heartbreaking to watch my Bf’s family, my great aunt, and the rest of the town, have  to recover and rebuild from that.  We were lucky though.  The town down the river lost 6 people. We lost none.

Food was awful today.  I ate at McDonald’s and of course it was beyond me to make a smart decision. (like not eat it!)  I did good the rest of the day, even had veggie tacos for dinner.  I worked out 30 minutes TBL sculpting.  I wanted to do 40 minutes but waited until too late and so I cut it short.

Tomorrow is another day.   *sigh…See ya tomorrow!
