I am tired so I am gonna make this short and sweet. 

 The weekend was good.  I was down in the dumps Friday night so I came home put the kids in another room and watched Deep Impact.  I love disaster movies and that one is a tear jerker.  Saturday we cleaned up the house some and then went to BF’s and stayed the night.  He cooked out steaks, and we watched movies.  Today we woke up watched another movie.  We went to Wal-Mart, then I went to run.

 I haven’t run in almost a month.  I ran 3 laps at the park….about 2.5 miles.  The first lap wasn’t fun, but by the second one I was feeling it and really moving.  I am hoping the weather will clear soon so I will be able to run more regularly.  My knee hurts some so i iced it when I got back to BF’s and I will ice it again tomorrow.

Then I went back to BF’s and watched the NASCAR race.  Dale Jr. got second!  :)  So I was pretty happy.

Now I am home, have got the kids in the bed and am heading there myself.  Food was pretty good this weekend.   So hopefully I will start to show a loss soon.  Love to all!
