Chasing away Chubby

Lunar eclipse

It is freakishly cold outside.  I was trying, quite unsuccessfully, to take a picture of the lunar eclipse and was shaking it is so cold. It’s 16 degrees outside.  BRRrrrr it’s cold.  My hands are hurting from being outside for the 2 minutes it takes to get a shot from my porch and then run back in.   They look like tha hands of an 80 year old woman.  These are the pics I took.   The first is the moon  at almost full eclipse. The second is the moon and the little white dot diagonal to it is Saturn.  The second one is the moon.  I took these with my regular ole ordinary digital camera. 

Food has been horrible today.  I ate everything that wasn’t nailed down, plus almost ate an entire box of Girl scout cookies.   Girl Scout cookies are evil.  Then on top that I ate a SB meal, about 2 apples,  a cup of popcorn , 3 dove chocolates, and then ate MCDonald’s filet-o-fish.  It as calling my name!  I don’t know why I always fall prey to that.  It isn’t even good.  I mean you can taste the grease oozing through it.  YUCK!   I did damage that will take several days of being OP to undo.  Sucks.

So I also have not worked out since last week.  How pathetic is that?  ‘

I must apoligize for being MIA.  It seems all day I have a running monologue running through my head about what I am gonna write about at night, and then when it comes time to blog I  am too tired, or I have homework to do, or something gets in the way.   I need to be more diligent about my eating, my workout, and my blogging about it. 

We all know I can do better.
