Victoria Beckham said she never eats cookies or cake.
My food today was not so strict.  I ate some cookies and not enough veggies, but my calorie count was 1466.  That is much better then it has been. 
I did not work out today.

I said I would start the 1400 calorie plan today.   And i did.  I logged all my food into thedailyplate.com.  However, I wish i had so much control over what I shoved in my mouth.

The portfolio is done!  I submitted it Friday night a tad before 11:00. 
Now I just have to sweat it out until my interview.
Food today was okay. Not great but not too awful.  I stuck to my 2 meal plan.  Yay me!
