Ohh the guilt!

I said I would start the 1400 calorie plan today.   And i did.  I logged all my food into thedailyplate.com.  However, I wish i had so much control over what I shoved in my mouth. 

Thedailyplate said that for me to lose 2 pounds a week I can eat 1900 calories a day.  To lose 3 pounds a week it drops to 1460 a day.  So today I consuned…Drum roll please…1850!!!  WTH!!  i was shooting for 1400 and really just blew that!  So here’s what I ate today.  I cringe as I think of it.

half a bottled iced tea, sweet of course                                                        

2 smartones chicken quesadillas

3 M&M’s cookies one of my students brought in! 

Spaghetti W/ mushrooms, green peppers, onions, spaghetti sauce, 1.5 pieces of garlic bread

1 cube of cookie dough!

Drank 6 glasses of water….that’s really low for me.

Not exactly the model dieter am I?  No wonder I am not losing anything.  I am eating like a pig.  My weight this AM was 205!!!  205!!!  WTH!!  When I first stepped on the scale it read 185!!  Man I wish!  I knew that was wrong and reweighed myself and got the horrific news that I have gained weight!  UGH!  This time of the year!  It is doing all of us in…except for soclose who is kicking everyone’s ass. (You go girl!  I hope you are feeling better by the way!) 

There are a few reasons I am hoping is contributing to the weight gain.  #1 I am constipated.   EWWWWW!!!!   #2.  TOM is coming,  It should be anytime now! 

So I feel all fat and gross.  I worked out for 30 minutes to combat that gross feeling.  I did my 10 minute solution stability ball workouts.  I did 10 mins flexibility, 10 mins upper body, and 10 minutes core. So at least I got some movement in!

Well tomorrow will be better.  I will remember that every bite counts (something I forgot today) and I will run tomorrow.  Even though it is gonna be cold as ice!!! I can do it!  I am strong, healthy, and dedicated!  I deserve this!

    I just started dailyplate calculating and I thought i was doing really good untill the totals came. Over 3 days in a row. I had to re-evalute this evening as I am over calories and I haven’t even had dinner yet, yeah I’m feeling that WTH mood too.

    BTW it’s the rule you must weigh 3x in a row for an average. LOL. I love how I’m 200-197-202 all within the same 30 seconds, Makes a girl cRAzy

    As for weighing 3x. Yeah I usually do that too. lol.
