Strength Training Workout
I really tried to blow this workout off. I had a headache ad really just want to go to bed. But I was watching The Biggest Loser and Hollie said that being able to overcome your excuses and workout even when you are tired, that makes the difference between the new you and the old you. So I got my ass up and worked out. Ii like the new me and wanna see her get smaller!!

Wow! I really felt that workout. I did it while watching The Biggest Loser. I haven’t ran outside in almost 2 weeks. Betweeen college and the weather I haven’t got out to do it. :( But that will change on Thursday. Tomorrow it is suppose to snow/ sleet/ rain all day. So running in that mess would not be comfortable or safe. So Thursday I am out there. I refuse t give up my running.
I am hitting the sack early tonight so I can get up early in the morning and workout, at least a little. It would be really great if I got up and there was enough snow that they cancelled school. But I am not gonna count on it!
Food wasn’t awful, but wasn’t great either. I think I am gonna start using www.dailyplate,com and do my 1400 calorie plan again. The 1400 calories is what I will shoot for each day. If Ieat 1600 I will still be on a 1400 calorie plan. If I eat 1349 calories I am still on a 1400 calorie plan. See how that works? At least I will be accountable and hopefully still be able to eat under my calorie needs everyday. I have to do this. I IWLL NOT SLIDE BACKWARDS AND WEIGH 228 EVER AGAIN!!!
I WILL NOT!!!
I just have to think every bite I take will make the difference between the old me and the new me. Every bite makes a difference.
I can do this.
