*Personal note: I wrote this last night and somehow forgot to finish it! Just shows what type of stress I am under at the moment!!!
Workout
Strength training
beat boot squats 20
walking lunges 20
standing calf raises 10 each leg
jump rope 30 seconds
squat jump 10
lateral dash 35 secs
run in place 30 secs
jumps and jabs 1 min
overhead press with leg lift 10 each
squat w/ rotation 10
oblique elbow taps 16
alternating bridge 12
elbow plank to prone press up
reverse plank to lower back stretch
plie with pulse
This workout was so hard my legs were shaking!
