No More Excuses!
This is a “re-introduction” to weight training work out. I have not strength trained in probably almost a month. I feel fat today. I can’t get fat again. It’s time to get back on it!
crunch on ball: 30
bicep curl: 25
tricep ext: 10
chest press: 30
flye on ball: 20
squats: 20
I stopped there. I don’t wanna be too sore to run tomorrow.
As I said above. I feel FAT today. I have no doubt I have gained weight. Thankfully I have 5 days off. Being home will help me get my diet back into order. School food is killing it! All that greasy, fat laden fare is blowing my diet and blowing me up. It has to stop and it has to stop over Thanksgiving break! That seems so odd to say, most people don’t count on getting their diets in order over Thanksgiving, but I have only One meal to get through. Just one. We eat dinner at my Sister’s house so there will be no leftovers here to contend with. So my hope is that I will eat Thanksgiving and not overdo it too badly and then get right back on the horse for the remainder of the weekend. I have to. I can not gain all this weight back.
I hate the way I feel today. My gut is all fat and bloaty and YUCK! How did I ever live this way. Nope! It ends today! Time to get back on the horse. I ran yesterday and it was pathetic! I ran 2 laps at the park (about 1.7 miles) and couldn’t even run all of them because my ankles were cramping up so bad! So that is another reason why I have got to get back to it.
So tomorrow early I am getting up and running. I have to get back into running. No matter whether it is cold, raining, sunny, hot, whatever. I gotta run. No more excuses! I also have to start strength training again. I think that is why my stomach is looking so fat and flabby. It’s because I have not been working it enough. Time to get it together! I can not allow the holidays to ruin me!
Damn it! They just voted Kae off the Biggest loser! She was the best player! Grrr! I don’t wanna watch it anymore now! She did look GORGEOUS for her “after” weigh in! I hope she gets the $100,000!! Well off to bed!

Good girl for getting back on it! It’s so hard sometimes . I know I haven’t strength trained in such a long time, but was trying to do some strength exercises through yoga.
Hey, you say your 2 laps was pathetic, but at least you got out there and RAN! That’s what matters. I hope the next couple of days go well for you.

Haven’t been on the scale since I confirmed the 2 1/2 loss, thanks for asking. I’m trying to increase exercise cause I know my food isn’t too bad—see if this works.
