Chasing away Chubby

A quickie

I have not run in 4 days and it was do or die today.  So I ran for 25 mins.  It was painful, ankles cramping.  Just another sign that I need to quit slacking.  I am averaging a pound down this week.  I hope I don’t blow it!

  3. ((HUGS)) Sounds like we are in the same boat. If I had tons of $$ and could buy all my family nice Christmas presents and not have to make them then maybe Id have the energy to work out and clean my house. lol

  4. Hey you are so close to ONDERLAND!! Woot! I know what you mean about slacking off, my running has been lackluster the last week or so, but I’m glad to hear that you got back on the wagon. Good girl!

    PS I had a , um, disagreement about what I should and should not write on my blog with DH and that’s why I decided to stop using it.
