self torturing, procrastinating, lazy…

I have a huge case of the “I don’t wannas” the last few days.  There are tons of things that need to be done, but I don’t wanna!!!  I got to get off my lazy ass and do something!  I had to force myself to do the strength training workout below.  I was suppose to run 2 miles but I just didn’t feel like it, so that will be tomorrow’s workout.  I gotta get out of this rut I am in where I don’t want to exercise.  It must be done.  It is how I lost 24 pounds to start with.  It is how I will lose the remaining 49.  So quit procrastinating and just do it!

 I spent well over an hour cleaning up my kitchen counter tonight.  That included putting everything away, scrubbing the counters, scrubbing the appliances, scrubbing the cabinets and the sinks, scrubbing the knick knacks, and furniture polishing the cabinets after I finished scrubbing them.  I also put the cabinets into order. It is amazing how nasty things can get when you got 4 kids who haven’t a clue about how to wipe anything up!!  My other counter across from the main one really needs it as well as my refrigerator.  The refrigerator is really nasty!  There is something spilled in the back of it and I have ignored it for a couple days because #1. It was in the back, I don’t see it very often, and #2 I didn’t wanna have to clean it.  I can’t understand why my lazy kids won’t clean up stuff when they spill it.  So I guess I am rebelling.  But I am just hurting myself.  That spill will be growing mold and they will still ignore it and never clean it up to save their lives.  So now I will have to work extra hard to get whatever it is up, since I let it set for 2 days and get all hard.  Stupid, lazy, procrastinating, ass! (I am referring to myself here).  So tomorrow I am alloting myself an hour to clean and the refrigerator will probably take most of the hour.  

We have a soccer game in the morning and I plan on running at some point in the morning and then my hour of power cleaning (I will have the kids pick up the slack!  Tee Hee!  They have chores to do!) and then the rest of the day is spent on homework.  Gotta get this stuff done!!

workout time about 45 minutes

Eventually i got really bored with the intervals so I took them out.  I was breaking a sweat just pumping the iron.  I am working on getting fabulous, to-die-for arms.  I am sick of having wings, and while my arms don’t look so fat, I still want them to have some definition.  I also need to get more weight.  The 5 pound weights are too light, and the 10 pound ones are a little heavy for some exercises.  I really need about a 7  or 8 pound weight.    I will have to see what I can do about that very soon!
