Walking Lunges:  5 each leg                                5 each

push-up: 20                                                           10 

incline flye on ball:   15                                           

crunch on ball: 20

crunch on ball with twist: 30

triceps extension: 30

kick backs:20

bicep curl:  54

Total time:  45 mins.
