Workouts 10/6- 10/12

Saturday 10/6:  warm-up/ stretch; Run- 2miles, Timed mile and timed half mile; cool down- Total workout time: 45 mins

Sunday 10/7: warm up/ stretch; Run- 1.5 miles…20 mins; cooldown- Total time 40 mins.  Tae-bo Bootcamp: 30 mins  Total workout time: 70 mins.

Monday 10/8   Day off

Tuesday 10/9  30 mins Walking;  45 mins strength training. Total time: 75 mins.

Wednesday 10/10    day off

Thursday 10/11    3 mile run (about 45 minutes) warm up/ cool down/ stretching 15 mins. 10 mins DA.  Total workout time: 70 mins

Friday 10/12 Upper body strength training:  45 mins

Total workout time for the week:   305 minutes!   YAY!!!     :)
