10/2 workout

Medicine ball leg raises  5 lb-  10 reps

Crunch on ball w/ 5 lb- 10 reps

Crunch w/ 5 lb extended over head- 10 reps

crunch w/ 5 lb twist- 20 pounds

triceps extension- 20

bicep curls- 30

shoulder press- 25 each

bridge on ball- 1 hold up count of 20

crunch 10 pound weights- pulse count of 20

 Plus a few other exercises I forgot to type in and couldn’t remember what they were.

workout time :45 mins.

Food today weas okay, but was not the best.  I overate a little at lunch.  I am sure I am in my “maintaining” calorie range.      Weight is still averaging 203 today which is a 5 pound loss for this week.  Hopefully It will continue to go this way.

Well sorry for the short entry, but it’s off to bed with me!
