Workout 9/8 & other disgusting details…

Workout

30 mins Tae-bo Basic:   My DVD player is broke.  It won’t play the DVD’s so I dug out the old VHS tapes.  This is the first Tae-bo.  I think the old ones are alot harder then the new ones…Maybe it’s just me, but I was sweating up a storm.  Gotta love Tae-bo!

Strength training

Medicine Ball Leg Raises- 5lb ball:  5.  I did 5 of these!I was really feeling the BURN.  Not just in my abs, but in my back as well.  No wonder this exercise says it will give you 6 pack abs!  Sheesh!

Seated Dumbbell Curls- 20 each arm.  I’m Getting tired now.

Dumbell squats- 15

Dumbell Calf raises-  25.  I’m a wimp today!

Incline Dumbell Flyes- 25.  This is the exercise that will help lift back up the poor tired twins.  :lol:

chest press- 20.  This might help too!

crunch w/ 10 pound weight: 25

Arm extended weight (5 lb) crunch: 10 

Total workout time: 65 minutes.

Average weight loss for last week: 2 pounds!!  Yay for me! Average weight is now 210! 10- pounds to one~derland!

I am really focusing on strength training and toning this month.  Where I have lost weight I have a little loose skin.  I don’t think anyone else notices, but I notice.  Above my knees really bothers me.  I have been using lots of firming/ tightening lotions to hopefully help that tighten up quicker.  My stomach will be a mess when all is said and done too.  I already have loose skin (AKA “A flap”) from having all these babies.  I am gonna start saving for a tummy tuck.  I am almost positive I will have to have one to get rid of all the skin on my lower belly.  YUCK!  And who wants to be thin and not wear a bikini because your flap will show!  Ewww!  I am grossing myself out!  :lol:

 I am going to spend the night with butthead boyfriend.  He is cooking out steak, and you know there is no way I am turning down a good grilled steak!  :lol:  He makes the best steaks too.  Plus, I am gonna get some action tonight.  Heck, That’s the only thing he’s good for… a good steak and an O!!!  :lol:

    Hm, steak and a roll, sound good :)
    I love Tae Bo, but lost all my DVDs in the move, will have to get them again.
    Time to get this old butt moving :)

    I’m terribly afraid of lose skin. I kind of see some in my boob area. Not cool! I hope you enjoyed your steak and , um, whatever else was available lol :)
