Workout 9/4

Warm up walk/ stretch: 5 mins

run: 25 mins

Cool down walk: 5 mins

Strength training

Alternating dumbell curls:  25 each arm

incline dumbbell curls:  20 each

single arm preacher curls:  25 each

squats:  30

Glute kickbacks:  30

lying dumbell extensions:  20

flat flye:  20

chest press: 30

crunch on ball:  40

Total workout time:  70 minutes  

Whew!  I am tired now!  I didn’t feel like doing tae-bo tonight so I switched with strength training so I could watch the biggest loser.  The new shows start next week.  

Running was good tonight.  No pain except a little in my knee.  The 25 minutes was easy, could have run more.  That is such a good feeling…to run that long and know there is more in you. 

 Here’s my new workout schedule for the rest of the week.  Subject to change of course…

Monday Run walk 52 minutes- DONE!

Tuesday- above 

Wednesday Yoga 20-30 minutes/ Denise austin Core workouts 30-45 minutes

Thursday  warm up 5 ins/ run 25 mins/ cool own walk 5 mins/ Taebo 30 mins

Friday: Day off

Saturday: warm up walk 5 mins/ run 25 mins/ cooldown walk 5 mins

walk/ run for remainder of 5 miles

Sunday: Denise Austin Core workout 20 minutes/ yoga 20 minutes/strength training 20 minutes

    Damn homegirl - you make a big girl grin with pride. :)

    I’m also glad about the food you’re buyin too. Shit, I always look at people’s cart and notice shit like that too…. It’s so hard. I wanna shove that poundcake and whip cream in there with at least 4 boxes of california pizza kitchen frozen pizza’s not to mention mac & cheese, roast beef (love t hat), white bread ….

    you know where I’m goin with this - no where……

    You’re doin it to it lady and damn - soon you are gonna be rockin your goal weight! DAMN STRAIGHT!
