workout 7/31

Did C25K workout week 2. Two miles total took 37:11. Man! I am slow! In HS I could run a mile in 6:00 flat! Anyway, left inside leg giving me alot of trouble today.
Did Runners strength training: 10 minutes
Upper Body strength training
Boys push-up: zero! I am such a wuss!
Girls push- up: 11 ( I am breathing hard from this! WTF? again, I am such a wuss!
10 pound weights (previous weight of 5 pounds waaaayyy too light. Don’t have any smaller weights so it ups to 10 pounds!)
Bicep curls: 25 each arm
shoulder press: 10 (yep! My arms feel like Jello about right now!)
one arm row: 15 each (WHee! Left shoulder popping. Yuck! I hate when that happens!)
CHest Flye on ball: 10 (Ugh!)
Pullover on ball: 10 ( At this point I am speechless?)
Done! Whew! That was hard. I need a nap now!
total workout time 71 minutes! I rock!
135 minutes done/ 1185 to go for August challenge!

Hey I’m on week 2 as well. If it makes you feel better, I couldn’t even do all of my 90 seconds
I try again tomorrow. You did really well though, you do in fact ROCK!

Well, I think it is a great workout! Anything is always better than nothing at all! and heck, you were a baby in hs, age has a funny way of slowing you down, ya know? LOL
Thank for the photo tip, but I am not even getting the little pic anymore…maybe i figure it out eventually!
