Chasing away Chubby

Hell days

Well I have been MIA from here for a few days.  I’ve had a migraine the past 2 days and I haven’t had much of a workout either.  So today is going to better, going to take some allergy meds to stave off the migraine’s and get back on the fitness trail, so to speak.  I will be doing Hell Week this week, well actually hell days becasue I only have 5 days before we leave on vacation.  So hell days it is.  My goal is 120 minutes of workout everyday for 5 days.  That’s 600 minutes in 5 days. That sounds like alot of moving, but I can do it.  My run/walking does an hour easily so I can pack on another hour everyday of something.  This is just to get me back focused on my workouts. I’ve been slacking a little lately!  I will put a tracker up to track my progress later.

Well I was 2 pounds down this week!  WHOOO HOOO!  So can’t complain on that front.  Hoping for 2 more pounds down every week for now on!  Wouldn’t that be so cool.  ;)

Well off to walk/run with Sis#3!
