Chasing away Chubby

I ran today. I walked the first half mile and then ran as far as i could without stopping. I did really well and ran probably about 4~tenths of a mile before stopping. That is pretty good for an old, obese, arthritic, fat girl. lol! I walked/ ran a total of 2 miles. Then i did DA 15 min buns and core workout. I am skipping yoga tonight. I am sooo tired.
The thing is I started this thing wanting to lose weight, but now it’s just as much about being able to run again, to be able to move without pain. I wanna be healthy!
Food today was half a chili dog at lunch. Not healthy, but it was only half. I was hungry…when I was fixing them for the kids, my mouth was actually watering! Dinner was chicken fajitas with onions and green peppers. Yum! They were good. I didn’t snack or steal any bites today. So hopefully that scale will go back down tomorrow.
Tomorrow will be more of the same. I may take the kids to go see Harry potter, but I don’t know. I still have alot to do and not alot of time to get it done. I have to go back to work Aug. 1. I don’t even want to think about it. ![]()
