155 Here I come!!!

Did okay with food today. I did eat a cheeseburger at lunch time.
For Dinner I made whole wheat spaghetti with sauce and veggies. It was really good! Exercise today was awesome. I walked about 30-40 minutes with DS#3 and my Sis. Tonight I ran/ walked for 20 minutes w/ Ds #2…mostly ran. I was impressed with how much I ran and I did Denise Austin 15 minute arms and core stability ball work out and 20 minutes of yoga. So yeah, I am sooo tired! I am ready for bed. Tomorrow is more of the same. Get up at 7 AM, get Son to kids college by 8 AM, go run at the park, back home to clean, then back to pick DS up at 12:00. And then if it ’s not raining off to chop weeds out of the garden. Then more house work as I am really behind. UGH!
Tomorrow I am going to see how far I can run without stopping at the park. We used to do this in track. Run as fast and hard as you could and when you broke stride you put down a piece of tape. The next time you tried to run past your tape. However I will not be trying to run as fast as I can…just run, period. I am so out of shape. My first mini-goal is to run a mile non-stop. That may take awhile to complete…but all I’ve got is time
Tomorrow I am starting the day with apple juice and jello. Then drink, drink, drink all day and eat a healthy dinner. 155 Here I come!
