		<description>yeah definitely. I've actually already started experimenting with drinks. I've found that I like our Iced coffee with just a pump of mocha and some sugar-free vanilla (yay for no calories!), and if I feel like using a milk intake on a drink, I've really bonded with Iced Caramel Macchiatos with non fat milk and sugar free vanilla instead of regular vanilla. that takes off, like, 150 calories. it's a HUGE difference. Every now and then, though, I really, REALLY feel like the usual drink, but it's hard cause when you're making your favorite drink for someone else, it really makes you think about it. oh well. I'm getting into good habits, that's a big step up for me :) thanks alot for support!</description>

		<description>Congrats on your anniversary:) My one year being married comes up in november. I know how you feel having to fix him food that smells so good and you have to eat something else. I also come from a family that tends to be overweight. This blogging thing is helping me. I'm sure it will help you too. I've found out there is alot of encuraging people on here. 		<description>Can you maybe start training yourself in stages toward the more diet friendly drinks? I'm a coffeeholic, and I used to drink my coffee with a LOT more cream and sugar than I do now. I just gradually started using less and less, and only have the peppermint mochas as a treat from time to time. Sounds like it's going to be a struggle for you at work, but at least you're moving around and active. Good for you :D</description>
