Daily Goals…

Just a little something to make this a feasible day by day journey rather than some vague idea of a place in the future.

Today (updated daily hopefully) 15/5/2009

- I will record ALL food and bev on my fitday, even if it all goes horribly horribly wrong.

- I will go for a walk

- I will not exceed 1600cal, ideally 1400.

- I will get started on all this (including having a shower) before 10am. DONE
