		<description>Hey, you are not alone, I fell off the wagon big time a few months ago after losing 22 pounds I gained back 19!!! But I have taken off 10 of those. So you know what? It's not the falling that is bad, it's the not getting up and by just showing up here you are getting up!!!!! GO GO GO!!!</description>

		<description>Hang in there.  I was doing the same thing you are doing - everything right and still not losing weight.  So it sounds crazy but I would eat whatever I wanted for a whole day after several weeks of not losing (or worse, gaining after doing everything right).  It really worked!   I only ate like that for one day and then went straight back into calorie counting.  It was nice to have a cheat day every once in a while and it always (without fail) sort of shocked my body into remembering we were trying to lose weight.  Good luck!</description>

		<description>I can SO tell a difference in your pictures! I agree it looks like your back is slimming down first, everyone loses differently. Keep up the good work, and I would say as long as you don't feel like your energy levels are too low, then 1200 calories should be ok. That is the number I work with and have never had any problems- although sometimes you will plateau no matter how many calories you are consuming. Good luck!</description>

I also have an Elliptical, which is a really good workout, but can be expensive(I got a bargain) and also a little boring, but a little goes a long way.  

Another alternative, but not fun, is housework.  I know what you're thinking, but vacuuming and yard work and anything that keeps you moving and walking around is an acceptable alternative to walking and burns more calories than doing nothing. Just an idea....</description>

		<description>They say that 1 - 2 pounds a week is optimal.  I know we would all like to lose it as fast as we seem to have gained it. *sigh*  Maybe adding some more exercise to your day will get you off that plateau?
