Week 16

I weighed in at 223.something.  Why have I slowed down soooo much? Oh well, half a pound is much better than nothing.

Remember how far you have come. Just think how thrilled you would have been when you weighed 260 to wake up one morning and weigh only 223. The direction you are going is more important than the speed. Great job! Keep at it!
