I just wanted to fill in missing details from my earlier post. I was down 3.8 lbs which had me jumping for joy and saying “Thank you, Jesus!”-literally. :) Things have been going well. Exercise is good. I’m going for a 30 minute walk in the morning and then hitting the Y for about 45-60 minutes in the evening at least 4 days a week. I do at least a 30 minute walk or one of my video’s the other days. I took two days off this week, which I don’t normally do, but sleep was calling my name and I gave in. I’ve been trying to mix things up a bit with yoga a couple times a week, weights a couple times a week and elliptical a couple times a week. Normally, I’ll do 30 minutes on the elliptical and then 30 minutes on weights. The only machine I haven’t been doing is the thigh machines aka-the gyno table machine-b/c I just won’t do that in mixed company! ;p I am rallying the Y for one to put in the ladies fitness room. I’ll let you know how that goes.
Did well with eating this weekend except I found myself sneak eating some. I realized what I was doing and nipped it in the bud. Also ate too much birthday cake. I asked myself later why I did it as it wasn’t even really that good. It wasn’t even decorator’s frosting. So, even though I overate, I realized what I was doing and spent time analyzing to find out what was going on. Basically, it was habit. But, it’s a habit that I’m working on breaking.
