How often do you weigh in? Daily? Weekly? Monthly? My DH weighs in everyday b/c he says it keeps him motivated. It just depresses me b/c weight varies so much from day to day. [...]

I just wanted to fill in missing details from my earlier post. I was down 3.8 lbs which had me jumping for joy and saying “Thank you, Jesus!”-literally. :) Things have been going well. Exercise is good. I’m going for a 30 minute walk in the morning and then hitting the Y for about 45-60 [...]

Short and sweet with more later today but I had to share that at my WI on Saturday, I was down 3.8 punds! That’s 8.2 poiunds in 2 1/2 weeks. YAY.
