I did well this weekend while in the den of iniquity; aka-my sister’s house!   ;)    I had what I wanted to have at coffee with my sisters and was good the rest of the weekend. I ate some foods I don’t normally eat but I don’t feel that I overindulged.  All n all, a good time.

We just had a play it by ear kind of weekend. Saturday afternoon, we went to a flea market in Louisville. It was huge. I’m sure we only saw about 1/3 of it. We bought six books for my youngest DD (poor baby; she wanted ten!) and found a coffee table for our living room. Saturday evening, we grilled out w/the family and just enjoyed each other’s company. Sunday found me paying for being in all that dust at the flea market. My eyes looked like DH popped me a good one. I took medicine, and a shower, and we went to church with my sis and her family. It was good. Sunday afternoon, we watched Kung Fu Panda at the dollar theater. We’ve all seen it already but we had fun watching the rest of the family watch the movie. Two of my sister guffawed and giggled all the way through it! Home Monday to be lazy and recuperate from travel.

I haven’t exercised yet this week but it’s only Tuesday. I plan to drag my booty out of bed tomorrow and go for a walk. Tomorrow is weigh in as well. I’m looking forward to a good report.
