I just wanted to let everyone know that I kept moving today. I split it up; 25 minutes of stretching this morning and a 30 minute walk with DD this evening. I even managed to keep my inner two year old in check and did not whine at all. :) Tomorrow will be my first of two days off exercise this week. No time before work b/c I’m going in at 6:00 to make up some time. No time after work b/c of church. Actually, I might be able to squeeze in a 30 minute walk. We’ll see how things go.
Thursday my youngest DD has all four of her wisdom teeth cut out: fun, fun. Please keep her in your thoughts/prayers. She is definitely not looking forward to it.
I weigh in tomorrow. I expect no changes yet but hope to see one next week.
I feel good about my food choices today. I did well. I went to lunch w/my oldest DD and we both got salads and water. Dinner was a nice healthy sub and a fresh tomato. Yummy. A little popcorn for a snack. I also got my hair cut and my brows arched. That’s always a good ego boost. My hairstyle is a layered bob; similar to the one Katie Holmes is wearing right now. If I remember, I’ll snap a pix and post it this week.
