Things here are going well although I have to admit that last night was rough. I won’t go into details but it included a flat tire, two broken tire studs and a tow trip to home from 45 minutes away; the van on the back and me in the cab of the tow truck. *sigh* [...]

It was a good weekend altogether. Eating went well as has exercise. Enjoyed time with friends Saturday night and Sunday. Yesterday we went to Cheekwood Garden in Nashville, TN.
