Or in the words of Yosmite Sam “racking, fracking, trigging…..” I weighed in today up 5 pounds from a couple of weeks ago. GAH! I probably shouldn’t complain considering my complete lack of self-control while I was in Michigan and my lack of motivation to get moving again.
So, what am I going to do about this? I went back to the Y today: 30 minutes in the circuit room and 10 minute walk on the track. I’m also going to start drinking healthy smoothies as a meal replacement one-two times a day until I get this, or rather-let God get this under control. Right now, I am enjoying a delicious banana strawberry protein shake. Yum. At lunch, maybe a slim fast shake and a healthy WW meal for dinner. It has to happen. It’s coming off. Healthy, slowly and surely-it will come off.
On a funny note, I learned that it is impossible to peel a frozen banana. This recipe calls for one frozen banana. Well, I just put the whole banana in the freezer. You should have seen me trying to peel that busted thing after it was frozen. I could hardly even slice it much less peel it. It did, however, give my hubby and daughters a good laugh. :) This time, I peeled the banana and sliced it before putting it in the freezer! Lesson learned.

I never knew you couldn’t peel a frozen banana. Add me to the list of people you made laugh. Nw I am wondering if I should, put a banana in the freezer so I can try to peel it.
