I ended up braving the ice to take my youngest daughter to the doctor Wednesday instead of going to work. She had pneumonia. So a shot in the butt and four prescriptions later, we made it home to face a week of solitary confinement for her. We’ve been staying home with her b/c the doctor said to keep a close eye on her and bring her back in if she didn’t get better. She’s better: yesterday she started complaining about being held “prisoner” . 

I’ve not been feeling very well either; migraines. No exercise since Wednesday but plans to get up in the morning and go to the Y.
