Well, I missed yesterday. Way to keep up with what I promised, right? Yesterday was a long day for me. I worked from 12-9, which meant I was on the road at 1030 and didn’t get home until after 11. I also had a rock or something hit my windshield and now a crack is spreading through my windshield. I will get that replaced tomorrow. I am to work 12-9 again, but my appointment for my windshield is at 10. I will probably be late to work. Oh well. The only bad thing is that when I work late, I don’t usually have time to come on here. I will try to write something before I go to bed tomorrow.
Today was a nice day for me. We had my niece’s first birthday party today. I probably shouldn’t be happy about this since it was her day, but I was very happy to hear how everyone thought I looked so good. Some of my sister’s friends could not believe that I was the same person they knew a while ago. I hope that this trend continues.
Well I am exhausted. A day out in the sun with a rambunctious, sugar-filled child is tiring on everyone. I will HOPEFULLY see you tomorrow.

Well, I guess I lied in my last post. I said I would be back after vacation (in January) and here is the end of June and I am finally posting. A lot has changed in my life and I find that I don’t have much time to myself anymore. I work over 45 hours a week and my drive is over an hour each way. My days are super long and I have very few hours to write on here. I hope that I can ameliorate this in the coming weeks.
I guess I should give an update on how I am doing. I am now around 208 pounds. This is quite an accomplishment for me. The last weigh-in I can remember doing on here was around 228. It took me a six months but I lost 20 pounds! WOOOOOOHOOOOOO! I didn’t think I was making any progress because of how little I have been able to work out recently. I guess I am doing more than I thought I was.
I do hope to keep up with posting on here. It has been way too long but I hope that I can keep this goal. I made a new goal for my weight. July 9th-16th, I am going on vacation with my family. I originally wanted to be at (or under) 200 before going there. I don’t think I’ll be able to drop 8 pounds in 15 days. But, I sure can try. I will hopefully see you tomorrow.

It’s been a while since I have updated my blog. I have been transferred to another store that is an hour and fifteen minutes away which makes for a very long work day. I will start this back up again once I am back from vacation. I am heading to Las Vegas for a week. My plane leaves tomorrow and I can’t be more excited. I will definitely update this more once I get back. Hope everyone out there has been better at keeping their blogs updated. See you in a week!

Today did not go at all how I expected. I wanted to sleep in and head to the Y for a good workout. Well I did this, but made a horrible mistake. I had a medium size bowl of apple-cinnamon cheerios and let it settle a little before heading to the Y. I went on the elliptical for 33 minutes and burned 440 calories. I walked a few laps around the track and then went to the treadmill. I did 35 minutes and burned 435 calories. Then I went straight to the bike. I went 35 minutes and biked 8.74 miles and burned 335 calories. This is where I went wrong. I don’t know exactly what happened but I started to feel lightheaded and started to feel nauseous. I am not sure what happened next but all I remember is being woken up by a worker. I was lying on the floor. I had passed out. I got a rug burn on my upper cheek, almost next to my eye. I was shaky and pale when I woke up.
The workers wanted to call an ambulance, but I refused. I knew I would be okay if I was just able to sit with some water for a while. I sat on the bike for almost an hour before the staff let me leave. It was a hard day so this is all I have for today. See you tomorrow for an update.

Today was a very productive day for me. I had the day off from work so that means sleeping in, YAY! I had a relaxing morning and was ready to get my sweat on. I thought about going to the Y to take the cardio kickboxing class again, but when I got there with my bff we decided to do a regular workout. I went on the elliptical and did 2.61 miles and 432 calories in 33 minutes. We then went to the bike. I did 9.56 miles and 403 calories in 35 minutes. I burned 835 calories, woot woot! I was really happy about this workout. After working out we went to Target and Sears to look for shoes. I was and still am feeling great. I am off tomorrow and I plan on spending some quality time at the Y again. I will see you tomorrow for an update.

Today I weighed in at 228.5. I lost 1.5 pounds this week! I was very happy to see that I was in the 220’s. I am out of the 230’s and will NEVER BE BACK THERE AGAIN!
This is pretty much all I have for today. I am pretty tired and will just relax and watch tv and work on my blanket some more. I plan on going to the Y tomorrow with my BFF to maybe take a cardio kickboxing class again. I’ll see how I feel and whether or not I am up to it. See you tomorrow for an update.

Saturday was a good day for me. I worked from 1 to 9 so I was able to sleep in a good bit. It felt good to just relax and sleep. After work I went to see Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1. It was a good movie. This is all I really have for Saturday. I am looking forward to my weigh-in tomorrow. See you then.

Light-Up Night was great. Four of my sisters, myself, and my mom all went down to see it. We walked all around downtown and watched the fireworks. It was really nice, aside from the riot that broke out later that night. Some people have to ruin things for everyone else.
Yesterday was a decent day at work. With the liquidation sale, people are still buying like crazy, but not crazy enough. I think we will go to a higher discount soon. I am looking forward to that, because I want to get myself some new jeans. Hopefully they will be a size 16. Keep your fingers crossed for me!
I work today (Saturday) from 1 to 9, so I am going to start getting ready soon. My scale said I was up a little today from yesterday. I don’t like to see that, but I am still down some for the week. We will see if Mother Nature interferes with my weigh-in. I will see you later tonight for my next post.

Well, TOM is in town so that has left me pretty tired these last two days. I know that the next few days will be relatively painful because of this. I only hope that it does not interfere with my weigh-in this Sunday. I have been working my butt off this week to have a good weigh-in and I don’t want to ruin that. I guess time will only tell.
Today I had a good workout at the Y with my best friend. We did the elliptical for 33 minutes, the bike for 33 minutes, and the treadmill for 20. When totaled, I burned 883 calories! I was a sweaty mess but I left feeling great.
I am starting to feel tired and I need my heating pad. Tomorrow I am heading into Pittsburgh for Light-Up Night with my mom and sisters. It should be a fun time. I may not post tomorrow but I will be back on Saturday!

Today was a good day. This will be short because I am really tired. I went to the Y this morning and went on the elliptical, treadmill, and bike. I burned a total of 1110 calorie! I was covered in sweat and was really proud of myself. I can home and went to work. It was a slow day and I have some thinking to do about my future. That is all I have for today. Hopefully tomorrow I will have more energy to write more. Goodnight all!
