Birthday week
My birthday so far..
3/10 Tuesday Lunch with mom (i got a $25 visa gift card), dinner with dad (i got my wonderful camara which i love love love love!)
3/11 Wednesday hubby bought me lunch from my favorite resteraunt
3/12 thursday birthday dinner with my coven
3/13 friday dinner at the german resteraunt (amazing food!) then off to see race to witch mountain
3/14 SaturdayHubby gave me a surprise bday party then we went out drinking (hubby bought me roses)
3/15 Sunday birthday at my uncle and aunts house ( i got nail polish… so pretty)
Everything was amazing. Unfortunately almost all of it involved food. Im pretty sure i gained at least like 15 pounds, My pants are feeling tight and i can see my face getting fatter…. Its time to face the scale… ready? (im not!!) ugh ok here we go! I gained 13.4 lbs in 16 days. UGH Its really time to buckle down. Tomorrow is a new day. I am joining the YMCA and will be doing some working out.

Make that workout count! It’s a good way to start getting back on track.
ok…so you had not the best week as far as food. Yes, your weight is up…some I’m sure must be bloating from the salt and alcohol. It sucks but you are right, tomorrow is a new day. You can’t go back and do anything over. Beating yourself up isn’t going to make you feel any better, if anything it will make you feel worse, and the worse you feel the less motivated you will be to move forward. Remember to love yourself is to forgive yourself, and you can do this!

Sorry about the weight gain. I am sure I gained too over the last week, as it was my birthday too! However, I am tired of looking like a beached whale so I have my plan all laid out for tommorow!

Sigh. I know exactly how you feel. I feel so disgusting right now. The tube that I worked so hard to get off of my midsection is back. I tried on FOUR pairs of jeans that have now caused me to have severe muffin top. It’s so upsetting. What’s worse is that I’m so embarassed to show up at the gym in fear that the ladies there will have noticed my weight gain. Terrible =( We have to get back on track though. We both know we feel better when we are working out and eating healthy so why don’t we just do it all the time? Tomorrow starts a new week. Let’s be positive
Oh.. and kudos for actually getting on the scale. I haven’t been on that thing in almost two weeks, I think. I just can’t bring myself to do it

Ok so you know that you need to get back on track so do it ! You know how good you feel after a workout and how good it feels to eat clean ! I could of wrote this to myself as well! Joining you in getting back on the wagon!
Happy Birthday (slightly late). It’s all that darn eating out that does it to us, you know. The best birthday present you can give yourself is to get back on track.
This wagon is going to get very crowded once we all get on it!
