Food Journal…hope this works

Okay so today October 21, 2009

Breakfast at 8am-raisen oatmeal, chai tea

Lunch- chicken salad with ranch and a water

Dinner- Chicken stir fry with zuchini and white rice (no time for brown rice) sm cup of juice (for work out)

Worked out at book camp

9pm -Came home and had an egg white omelet, with tomatoes and a little cheese.

11pm-Before bed, my cup of decaf coffee, low fat milk no sugar, a tiny bit of whip cream
