I always feel nice and full after drinking water, especially warm or hot water…or coffee, or warm milk, or soy milk with boiling water poured into it…have you been getting enough hydration lately?

There’s so many triggers and factors of what it could be. But you might read my latest blog entry. I’m trying to pass on the things I learn as I go on this quest. I really don’t know squat about how the body works, so this reading and researching is (hopefully) helping. since reading this bit in the book a few days ago, I started eating nuts, like 3-4 pecans, walnuts, or almonds every hour. It seems to be helping.
