the hazards of love.
167.8 lbs this morning. Sloooowwwly but surely.
I have a 32 inch waistline. Awesome.
I don’t really have a whole lot to talk about today. We bought a bike trailer so that we can go riding as a family. There is a bike trail right behind our house. I’ve been really enjoying the time outside. Plus I try to keep my abs engaged the entire time LOL. My bike isn’t that great. It’s a $99 bike from walmart.

But you know what? It’s still a bike! It still gets my heart pumping.
I’m cleaning the house today to keep myself distracted so I won’t snack mindlessly. That was my downfall while I was on maternity leave. That’s how I gained back all the baby weight. That is not an incorrect sentence.
We’re going to the library today. I’m not sure what book I want to read next. Probably something a little less exhausting than “Even Cowgirls Get The Blues”. I had a lot of difficulty reading that book. There is a lot of digression from the heart of the plot through pathways of philisophical debates which are still relevant to the story but there is way too much of it! He could have easily elimated 50 pages and still achieved the same goal. I’m sure there are many who disagree. But I’ll agree to disagree with them.
Thinking of “Revolutionary Road”.
I also need better reading glasses.

I have a bike kind of like that, too! I call it my “Pee Wee Herman” bike.
BTW, I saw your pics from your last post and your transformation is awesome. That bike is doing it’s magic!!
Congrats on the amazing weight loss - I have stopped by your blog before and am quite impressed!
I started Revolutionary Road and thought it was quite good! Hope that you end up picking it up too!
Again - congrats on your amazing weight loss success!
The maternity leave weight gain has been the killer for me in the last year. I was blaming the nursing munchies, but now that I stopped nursing I have no excuses! You’ve done such a great job.. you are a great inspiration!
