cause all the company calls amount to one paycheck

So there is good news and there is bad news.
The good news is that today, after two weeks of being bad and then making up for being bad, I’m back at 174.0 which is a new low. Yay. the bad news is I feel like I completely wasted two weeks. Given my impressive record of averaging out to 2lb losses each week, if I hadn’t fallen so completely off the wagon, I could be on the brink of the 160s already. Oh well. What’s done is done.
So now that I’m at 174.0 my BMI is officially 24.9 which means I’m officially done being overweight.
YES!!!!!
It’s nice to know that the next time I go to the doctor, I’ll be simply on the high side of normal. I am greatly relieved that I won’t get the obese lecture. But I’ll be much more relieved when I’m far enough away that a simple bloat day won’t push me back into overweight territory.
whatever.
I’m a really really bad blogger lately. I can’t push myself to update. I think I’m getting too complacent. kick my butt, sisterchicks!

Congrats on achieving “normalcy”! You should be so proud of yourself.
Wowee Zowee! Congrats on the huge milestone!
You really want a butt kick? Here’s a gentle one - just do this. Just keep on. Blog! I like reading your adventures. Complacency is a huge battle towards the end, and that’s dangerous territory. You set out with a goal and will feel oh-so wonderful when you meet it.
It just gets better and better towards the tail end of weight loss. Every 5 and 10 pounds brings dramatic and wonderful results that we couldn’t see at higher weights. You’re in a magical place right now and should reap the rewards, enjoy it and luxuriate in it.
But look at you! You are doing this! I’m thinking a two week side-trip and then right back on is not bad at all. Congrats on the BMI! Very cool stuff! Keep up the good work! Delita
Yay you! celebrate the milestone, that is so great!
Hey, Cutie! I agree with Sterling. Every little bit is going to be so dramatic now!
Congratulations!
