Mahalo!

Okay so DH and I were woken early (6am) by the phone ringing (a wrong number of course) but we found a way to spend the extra time. Anyway I really wanted pancakes. REALLY wanted pancakes. So DH went to the store and brought me home a few things…

And all for under 250 calories and 10 grams of fat! Even less if you skipped the butter and whipped cream! and if you count that you never eat all the syrup anyway!

Back up a little today, that’s to be expected.

Had a pretty good day today. accomplished a little bit. Enjoyed my day at home with DH and DS. This evening we’re going to head over to my MIL’s house for a little while.

today:
brunch: PANCAKES!
midafternoon pick me up: half a tuna sandwich and half a serving of light pringles.
dinner: I made this. and it was pretty good! plus one whole wheat roll

  2. Yum! This dinner looks so good! I’m going to make it soon. Not tonight, too much going on around here. DS offered to buy Subway for everyone for dinner and I think I’ll take him up on it.

    No really, looks delish. I just happen to be in one of my low carb cycles of my diet right now and want to smash my face in that. Ah well, next week.
