today:
weigh in : 181.0
lunch: LC French Bread Pizza, WW yogurt, a banana.
snack: We were grocery shopping at HEB Plus! and it’s a saturday so they were sampling stuff everywhere. I had a beef rib (meh), a sliver of veggie pizza (omg SO good), a sushi roll (alright), and a little cup of asian slaw salad (pretty damn good). And a cup of coffee (mmm it was good. Rob thinks it’s weird that I almost NEVER drink coffee and yet when I do, I like it to be soooo strong that it barks).
snack: We had some serious munchies. A 100 calorie pack of jalapeno cheddar crackers
dinner: asparagus, a 4 oz pork chop, a wheat roll, 2 servings of rice, one serving of beans.
I feel so miserable right now. I feel like I didn’t even eat that much, but looking at it all written down is kind of depressing.
I work tomorrow 6am to 2pm and then I’m off again all the way til thursday. At least I’ll get a lot of party prep done? I can’t believe James is going to be a year old in 12 days. Even more, that I’m throwing a huge party in 13 days.
