This morning, when I stepped on my scale, I had my fingers crossed.

“as long as it’s not more than yesterday I’ll be fine”

drumroll please?

weigh-in: 224.8 lbs!

wahoo!

what a way to start the day. Regardless of the fact that I have about three days worth of dishes to do (including chicken parm dishes)

between loads of dishes and updates to this here blog I’m going to be watching the project runway marathon.

I was going to make some scrambled eggs but I don’t have any clean dishes. Such is life.

11:30 : I decided to do most of the applicable dishes to making breakfast and let the chicken parm dishes soak for a little while. I really want a dishwasher.

brunch: 1/2 cup egg beaters scrambled up with some ww cheese and rolled in an LTF tortilla.  (approx 230 cal)

12:30: I just put James down for his nap so I’m going to finish the dishes and plan out the rest of the day. I usually end up playing it by ear but he needs a bath and I want to take a walk later so I need to work out the tentative plan. Of course, with an infant plans are always tentative.

1:45: boo. My stomach hurts. Maybe I’m amping it up on the fiber a little too quickly. That said…

snack:  Fiber One oats and apple streusel bar (130 cal, 2g fat, 9g fiber)

around 3:30 I had half a tuna sandwich.

Tonight the plan is turkey burgers and salad.  My stomach still doesn’t feel so hot.

Dinner: salad went bad, so we had turkey burgers on whole wheat buns with one serving each of lite ruffles chips.

Walked a mile and a half tonight with the hubs and the baby, and finally around 10 while watching CSI:NY had me a ww giant ice cream bar.

That’s all for tonight folks. See y’all tomorrow!
