Tomorrow is the big day! I ran 2 miles today. I had planned today to be a rest day, but I waited too long yesterday to do my 3-4 mile run and it was pouring rain with very low temps and high winds. I didn’t want to run in that, so I ran today. It’s a beautiful day too, sunny and clear…I hope it’s that way tomorrow.

I have a problem at night. I am visited by the nibble monster. I usually will have about 100 calories left at night and think, oh I’ll just nibble this and that, and it won’t add up to 100. Well it is and I’m eating too much. Gotta stop it!  Off to do housework, will catch up on you girls when baby takes a nap
