Quick post
Exercise January 29th, 2008Going out for a 3 mile run, just wanted to post here first for accountability. I will make another post when I get home.
Update: I did the 3 miles, yay. It was a good day for a run. The only bad thing that happened was that I tookDH’s phone with me because mine was dead, somehow dropped it in the parking lot and then ran over it! What an idiot I am! Oh well. I bought a food scale and I think that will come in handy. Lately when I see that a serving is say, 6 oz, I just kind of eyeball it, but now I can be sure. I plan to do 3 miles again on Thursday and then Friday will be a rest day. Tomorrow is a workout DVD or Y!F.

Yeah! Three miles?! You go girl! I think that’s like 300 calories right? A hundred per mile is what i’ve always been told.

Oh my gosh, I waited for the longest time to buy a food scale, and now I’m kicking myself because I use it ALL THE TIME. And, it’s funny, I’ve learned that a tablespoon is not a tablespoon. Even when you measure, the weight changes from one measuring spoon to the next. And also? The servings per package weights that are listed in the nutritional information on packaged foods? Not always accurate. You’ll see.

Getting close to race day!!!! I’m cheering you on!!! It’s a big undertaking and it’s not the end of the world if you walk part of it, GOOD LUCK!!!

Woah baby! I try to do 100 crunches a day, but I usually forget and end up making them all up in one day. OW!Was it you who asked for pics of me? Either way, I put new ones up. Just face pics but in a week I’m putting up one of me in a bikini WOOT! Keep it up and stay motivated!
