Exercise 5 Comments »Going out for a 3 mile run, just wanted to post here first for accountability. I will make another post when I get home.
Update: I did the 3 miles, yay. It was a good day for a run. The only bad thing that happened was that I tookDH’s phone with me because mine was dead, somehow dropped it in the parking lot and then ran over it! What an idiot I am! Oh well. I bought a food scale and I think that will come in handy. Lately when I see that a serving is say, 6 oz, I just kind of eyeball it, but now I can be sure. I plan to do 3 miles again on Thursday and then Friday will be a rest day. Tomorrow is a workout DVD or Y!F.
