General January 28th, 2008
Wow, it’s been a busy weekend! I got my long run done yesterday, but only managed to do 4.5 miles, because I haven’t been running like I should. The 10k is this weekend, so I’m really nervous. I’m not going to sweat it though, just going to keep going and if I have to walk some of it, so be it.
Eating has been so-so this weekend. Today has gone well so far. I’m going to do a workout video and some yoga stretches when the baby gets a nap in.

If you can do 4.5, you can TOTALLY do a 10k. 10k is 6.2 miles, onlyh 1.7 more than you’re doing now. You can do it!!!
And, as you say, the important thing is to finish so you can say you DID IT! Go you!
