Weight today: 196.6 Hallelujah

I tried to make a turkey meatloaf with veggies last night, at some point while I was loading the dishwasher, my son turned the oven up to broil. It burned right up before I noticed :( So looks like we need a stove guard.  So I ended up eating peanut butter sandwhich last night.

I will try to make beef stew today using the crock pot (something he can’t reach lol!) I like to put a lot more veggies in my beef stew to make sure we are all getting enough, I leave the skin on the potatoes,  and I use low sodium beef broth.  DH doesn’t care all that much for it, but he eats it.

I need to run 2 miles and strength train either today or tomorrow. I work tomorrow night so today would be preferable, but I have tons to do around the house and errands to run. I’ll figure something out. Sunday is my 5.5 mile run and then next week is the 10k.
