Last night my legs and body in general were feeling really stiff. I knew I needed a good stretch so I did some yoga, and had just started doing my strength training when the baby woke up (he wakes up so frequently now at night, it’s hard for me to get a break). So I ended up going to bed earlier than I planned.

Today is supposed to be a 3 mile run.  But it’s 9am and I’m already tired for the day. We will see…
