See that wagon, moving down the road to 150 lbs?
General December 11th, 2007Well, I fell off of that baby hard. Junk, junk,junk is all I have been eating the past couple of days. Notice how I also havent been posting as well. A lot has been going on. I have been working, I have been upset, and I have been sleep deprived. No, not making excuses, just saying that these are things that I need to take notice of when they are happening as things that throw me off track. I feel like Ive been making this kind of post a lot lately and it makes me angry at myself.
It cant go on, it wont go on.
Heres my get back on track plan: Im not going to weigh myself until this friday. Until then, Im going to eat my alloted calories, workout, lift weights. I will be posting a new workout plan that incorporates my weightlifting and stretching. I am going to cook today, enough to last baby and I for the next few days. I want to be fit and healthy…and I have to make this clear to myself : FOR ME, not for anyone else. FOR ME.

The best part of falling off the wagon is that it gives you reason to look long and hard about why you fell off. Then, you can hop back on and enjoy the ride. You can and will do this like you always have!
